foshika may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms:

foshika operates an online marketplace that connects Customers with independent Sellers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, foshika is not the seller of products listed by third-party Sellers.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and fulfilment are provided by Sellers. We strive to display accurate information but do not guarantee that all content on the Platform is complete, current, or error-free.

An order is an offer to purchase subject to acceptance by the relevant Seller. We or the Seller may cancel or refuse an order (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may include applicable taxes and fees where required by law. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for confirmed orders.

The Platform, including its design, logos, software, and content provided by foshika, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Seller and third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners. Limited use is permitted only as necessary to browse and purchase through the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, foshika and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where foshika is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.

Disputes should first be addressed through our customer support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts or alternative dispute mechanisms as required by applicable law.
